I can't believe it.
Rose is 1 and 1/2 today. 18 months ago I got the best present ever, and it has been a wild 18 months! So happy 1/2 birthday little girl, mama loves you more than I ever knew I could love a person.

Thanks for sending us poor deprived Wuddjya folk pictures. She looks leaner! Hopefully not meaner! We miss her so much. When I awaken in the morning, I await the sound of the sliding door and the lilting voice of Roshi to no avail. Alas!
Last night Caven and his folks came by. We had another of our winter storms and he was unenamored of the cold rain. He's getting pudgier and smiles a lot. It will be fun to see him and Rosie interact.

Happy 18/12ths, Rosie! You do look leaner, you toddler girl you. But I bet you're still mama's baby.
I'd say she looks leaner and meaner. Especially in the second shot.

It's amazing how all these milestones, even the "smaller" ones can really affect us moms, isn't it? Happy 18 month anniversary of becomming a mother.
